All orders shipped outside of the U.S. over $350 will be shipped UPS Standard for FREE!
International orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country ("import fees"). The recipient of the shipment will be considered the imported of record and is responsible for all import fees.
If you refuse the shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees that are incurred on the shipment, and the cost of returning the package to CAPELLA. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures when they reach the destination country, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

PLEASE NOTE: CAPELLA will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.
We hope that you love your CAPELLA purchase but in the event that you don't, we have made it as simple as possible to return or exchange.
All purchases must be returned in their original condition within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
The item must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Any item deemed "used" will be ineligible for return. Pending inspection it is Capella’s sole discretion to determine if the item(s) have been used or been damaged other than original manufacturing defects.
All items marked SALE, FINAL SALE are ineligible for return. This includes items exactly the way they are.
All accessories that are not sized including bags, handbags, one-size fits all belts, jewerly, etc. can be returned for store credit ONLY.
For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size on the return form provided. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while your package is in route. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
All domestic orders ship with a PREPAID return mailing label. To ship an item back to CAPELLA, securely pack the item(s) into an envelope/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label. Please drop your package at any UPS location without waiting in line. $10 will then be deducted from your purchase price upon refund.
A NOTE ABOUT YOUR REFUND:
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection of your return. It will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note we have no control over your banking institution and your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
